  I love to read, train at the gym, and write.

  Anything I do, I do it right, and beyond.

  I love to ski, travel, and drive fast cars ☺️

  I'm pretty fucking handsome. I'm intelligent. And I have the body of a Greek god. 😏😏

  Don't necessarily have a niche. I can adapt to anything.

  I love to travel. I travel across the country/over seas about 4-6 times a month.
• ¿Qué tipo de dieta y rutina de ejercicios sigues?
  I am a trainer and contest prep coach, so I follow a specific customized diet and supplement protocol that I've perfected for myself over the years.

  I keep a pretty tight sleep schedule. I love to nap, and I take very good care of myself :)

  I'm European born, west coast raised, bit reside on the east coast. So I'm a pretty good blend of most cultures.

  I can adapt to virtually any surrounding.
