  • ¿Cuál es tu "especialidad" o que te apasiona?
    I'm an educated, professional guy. Athletic jock type. I've always viewed myself in the mold as someone on the ball, who takes the initiative with the opportunities presented.
  • ¿Con qué frecuencia viajas? ¿Prefieres viajar o eres una persona hogareña?
    Travel is awesome! Always appreciate seeing historical sites, the mountains, the ocean or anything in between. So much to be appreciated and enjoyed. Having said that, hanging out in front of a warm cozy fireplace with a special someone can be great.
  • ¿Cuáles son tus pasatiempos e intereses?
    I am certainly someone with varied interests. Fitness and health rank, but so do other things. Landscaping and design, travel, history (especially the Civil War and American history), politics and even things like Astronomy. I'm a sports fan, a swimmer, I write. Quite the mix.
  • ¿Qué tipo de dieta y rutina de ejercicios sigues?
    I'm dedicated to fitness and health. I'm a fitness advocate. If one wants to be really fit and healthy, it really has to be a union of the mind, body, spirt and heart. You won't really have success until you have a meld with all. I work out 6x a week at home, what I call "morning cardio", but is about a 30 minute "wake" up set of stretches, body weight training and resistance work. I'm at the gym at least 4 evenings a week with a split of cardiovascular work and resistance training. I also walk my dogs frequently. Diet varies, but it is balanced. Never eat large meals and usually spread them out over the day. Plenty of water. I watch sodium and caloric intake. I have thought about a vegetarian diet (maybe even a vegan), but you need to have the proteins worked out. Always reviewing and considering.
  • ¿Qué te gustaría que los lectores supieran acerca de ti que es único e incluso un poco personal?
    I'm a analyst, a "deep thinker". I can lay awake at night and consider how I can put a smile on someone's face. I can be disappointed in myself, but when I am, I know I need to reach for the next challenge. Something as simple as time with my dogs can make me happy.

    I've had challenges and I've been happy with how I handled them. How great it can be to connect with others and be happy.
  • ¿Qué deben saber otros con absoluta certeza acerca de ti?
    I absolutely do the best with whatever task I'm attempting. Your work represents who you are. I may not do a perfect job and learn and improve, but I expect the best from myself.
  • ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de ti?
    I have learned to find humor in even serious things in life. That doesn't mean I don't understand the need to be serious, but rather, not to dwell on things beyond my control. Move on.
  • Nombra 5 cosas sin las que no puedes vivir.
    1. Being active and fit: Our bodies are meant to be in motion, not sedentary. Because of a back issue with sports when I was a child, I leaned that to se sedentary means pain. So for me fitness and health are key.
    2. Goals: Have been very goal oriented since I was a child. Those goals can be professional or personal. Important to achieve and to learn.
    3. Living life with gratitude: I've had friends with chips on their shoulders. Not the approach I tend to follow. Sure we all can get angry, but I try and be flexible, introspective and positive.
    4. Cleanliness and Structure: I was raised in an an atmosphere where I leaned to take responsibility and that means being clean, organized and timely. Part of making a great impression.
    5. "York" Peppermint Patties: I was going to say my beagles and certainly love them everyday, but I also have a weakness for Peppermint patties as snacks. Not everyday, but I love those things!
